What we keep

• Your email — to send sign-in codes and receipts.
• Your saved resume(s) — encrypted, only readable to your account.
• Your saved applications — encrypted, only readable to your account.
• A short audit log of sign-ins — no content, no full IPs.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't run third-party analytics or ad pixels.
• We don't train AI models on your resume or applications.
• We don't email you anything except sign-in codes, receipts, and direct replies.

Where the AI calls go

When you generate something, your resume text and the job description are sent to an AI provider to write the documents. We don't store either after the response comes back.

Delete everything

Email privacy@applyagent.site from your account address. We delete your account and all related data within seven days and confirm by reply.
